Why was there sooo much daym traffic on the 110 South… around 11am??

Hmmm.. theres no games at the Staples Center… but traffic near downtown is stop and go… and whats that crowd of people above the freeway?

AHHH YES… better late than never… CONGRATULATIONS LOS ANGELES LAKERS.

It was the celebration parade to the Colosseum and we were stuck right in the middle of it. Normally we’d be super pissed being stuck in traffic on the way to a meeting this early in the day… but being that we’re Los Angelenos… how can we be mad? lol PURPLE AND GOLD EVERYWHERE.

Turned on the radio to Power 106 and heard the DJ Eman spinning the Championship mix.. and he dropped in “GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR”… i can’t believe our song made it into the Lakers celebration mix… definitely an unforgettable moment. Then i check our Twitter/fareastmovement and see a few tweets live from inside the celebration ceremony at the Colosseum saying they are playing “Girls On The Dance Floor” inside the Colosseum at the ceremony.. thats 80,000 people!! and live on the news!!! a huge THANK YOU to whoever was dj’ing that event. that is sooooo awesome.

Where else could we possibly see more Purple and Gold??

Later that night back in Downtown LA, decided to go visit our homies at FRA who just moved into a new space. a few blocks down from us.. and near the spot with possibly the best tuna sandwich in Los Angeles called LA CAFE

They’re are working on doing live chat sessions with artists on their site.. and 1 artist worth mentioning is our homie IZ who we featured on the song “I PARTY” off our Animal Album. He’ll be live chatting at 8pm tonight at http://framagazine.com/live/iz/.

Time to walk up to the rooftop to check out the beautiful Downtown skyline…

perfect weather, perfect night.. good chance to get some fresh air and talk about “Girls On The Dance Floor”, Animal Album, Radio play in new cities and stations, new FM live online tv shows in the making… and how we really need our FAM and the Future Rockstars of America reppin at our first ever headlining concert at the Roxy on July 1st (please keep on spreading the word!)
