FM ADVENTURE: PREPARING FOR POWERHOUSE 2009

Less than a week until we perform at Powerhouse 2009 with Jay-Z, Lil Jon, Pitbull, New Boyz, LMFAO, Flo Rida, Ya Boy, Sean Paul, Kid Cudi and more. We’re more excited to be a part of this concert than anything we’ve ever done. Still trips us out every time we hear our songs on the radio, and to actually be one of the artists on the Powerhouse line-up is a TRIP of a lifetime.

Since this is such a big day for us, we gotta make sure we prepare like we’ve never prepared.. so here’s our 6 step program to get get ready for Powerhouse 2009 on August 8th.

1. Practice… everywhere.
Even when we’re on the road we gotta make sure we pratice, especially if we randomly turn on the radio and hear our song, might as well get a practice in haha. Only problem is its hard to practice for the driver, as shown in this video below… concentrate on the road!!!!! Watch how i practice tho, i concentrate on every lyric and movement and make sure im totally alert every practice…

2. Work it out.
We’ll be opening the show with “GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR” and since its a big stage at the Honda Center gotta make sure we hit the gym.. get that cardio in.

3. Healthy “EATING FM”
Gotta make sure we look lean, but got enough energy to rock the spot.. so sushi is the best way to go. Hit up a favorite ‘To GO’ spot in West LA called Asakuma. Nothing is healthier and packed with protein then sushi.. this will guarantee we’re lean, mean, rappin machines HAHA.

Here’s the meal breakdown…

Spicy Tuna Bowl.. extra spicy.

Shrimp Tempura Roll

Wash it all down with Iced Green Tea instead of soda to cut out sugar.

Now its no burger, fries and a shake.. and its all a bit more expensive, but it tastes daym good with waaay less fat and will keep us in shape.

4. GEAR UP with Orisue.
Hit up our homies at ORISUE in Orange County for fresh new jackets that will make FM look ‘Clean on the inside, clean on the outside’ like an ice cream paint job. There will be over 17,000 people in attendance, the fit gotta be legit.

Makin sure we got the right pair of shades, them bright stage lights will blind ya so always make sure you go out with the freshest protection.
