Home sweeet home! 2 insane shows in Nevada and everyone was excited to bring this show to our home town. Originally the tour was supposed to be at the Wiltern Theater which was kinda history for FM cuz we used to drive by that theater everyday when we was kids thinking 1 day we’ll perform there… but over a month ago the tickets for this show sold out so they had to move the show to a larger theater which ended up being the Hollywood Palladium.

We heard that capacity was 3200 but the venue allowed this show to sell 3600 tickets for the night and it was the highest selling night in Palladium history.. that news got all the artists and tour staff’s excitement level up to level 10.. a historical night in our home town. CRAZY.

We were all born and raised LA kids that grew up getting the LA Times on the welcome mats and the extra fat Sunday Edition every weekend. Our publicist Greg Miller told us that Jeff Weiss from the LA Times was rolling thru the show to interview us which is kinda crazy to us, just as crazy as hearing your song on the radio for the first time. Just the fact that the LA Times even recognizes what we’re doing is unbelievable to us and every day we feel blessed and humbled to come across all these opportunities while following our dreams just doing what we love to do every night.

Electrolytes, Space Cowboy, Paradiso Girls and our homies the Cold Flamez all rocked the stage and we were up next. Extra nervous since its a sold out show at HOME but LA did not let us down… the Palladium was rockin with the Far East Movement all the way thru the show and when Quest Crew, Lydia Paek and Ai  came out during “Girls On The Dance Floor” the house went off.. check out the sea of party rockers in the video below…

PARTY ROCK TOUR: PORTLAND
We’re all still adjusting to sleeping on the tour bus. Every time you fall asleep you get waken by the wheels rolling over a group of road bumps which usually lets us know that the bus driver is falling asleep and swerving on the side of the road HAHAH, after that its kinda hard to fully fall asleep out of nervousness but after a few weeks i think we’ll all get used to it. Certain parts of the road we loose internet connection and phone service so to kill time we chill in the game room battling it out on DJ Hero or NBA 2K10..

Heading up to Portland from LA was a 2 day trek at around 18 hours of driving. We were running a little late so didn’t have time to stop and get food and half way thru the trip we all started starving and getting delusional. There was no real food on the bus but vitamin gummi bears and sour cream and onion chips, so we decided to make a sandwich out of it to get us thru.. anything for survival at this point and we’ll keep the Eating FM food review off the record on this one… if we didn’t have this virman might be missing an arm…

Day 2 of the Portland roadtrip, bus started feeling shaky like a polaroid picture cuz we was running out of gas fast, had under a mile left in this gas guzzler. Just when all hope was lost we see a road sign for a gas station. THANK YOU GOD. THANK YOU.

Show at the Hawthorne Theater in Portland was SOLD OUT.

This was only our 2nd time ever in Portland, and our first full performance and this was one of the livest crowds of the tour so far, never thought Oregon would have the livest party rockers on the planet.  thank you fam
