FM ADVENTURE: Minnesota Day 1 – “Wowza”
TIME TO PROMOTE THE NEW ANIMAL ALBUM.. Out of State..
This is our first time ever going to the northern state of Minnesota. Our stop was the Twin Cities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Home of the Wolves, Rhymesayers, and the Hmong New Years Festival.
There’s 1 picture that can describe our whole trip to Minnesota and the love out there.. and it speaks volumes…
Let me start the trip from the beginning…
We were invited by the K-Club, Leena and the Hmong Festival who were amazing hosts…to perform 2 shows out there, one show at the Hmong Festival at the River Center/Xcel Center and another at a club called Stargate… and we heard its pretty cold out there so we was sure to pack some extra warm gear.

Safely touched down after some insane turbulence, and excited to be here
DAYM ITS COLD.
Met up with Leena from Minnesota and Monica from the Bay Area FM Street Team who flew out to chill.
Minnesota is a crazy place.. and the trip kept getting better and better…
First arrived at our hotel and saw this dope indoor pool
Then when we got to our rooms… we found a crazzzy surprise in our rooms…
The incredible K-Club also made us some homemade mandoo (dumplings) with special sauce but we ate those up sooo fast we didn’t get to take a picture.. but thank you for all the great welcome gifts.
Then we headed to a meeting with the K-Club and some fans over at a local vietnamese restaurant called Hoa Bien. Our host Leena told us they had reserved seating for 40???

The love was overwhelming and left us speachless and inspired.
We’re blessed to have family out here too along with everyone in the other cities reppin FM. The movement is truly growing… Thank you fam.
They blessed us with even more wonderful gifts, from balloons to candy, roses, hand written cards and signs
We’re hanging these up in the recording studio for inspiration.
Check the custom Hmong traditional wallets.. already got the company card and ID up in there 
and a book on Hmong heritage that was signed by all the students, and they also wrote an amazing letter in there where they all write one sentence to make a whole letter. pretty amazing.
And last, but not least… our own homemade jerseys… MINNESOTA REPPIN…We going to hang these up like championship jerseys. Thank you family!

We were all pretty taken away by all these incredible gifts… and now its time to grub and see how the food out in Minnesota is. Kev usually does the Eating FM posts but i’m going to try and give it a stab.
Time for the Proh – EATING FM Food Review in Minnesota… and we ate a whole lot of food haha.
EATING FM – “HOA BIEN IN MINNESOTA”
We weren’t sure what to expect as far as asian cuisine in the twin cities.. but this place smelled pretty bomb and the menu had all the same dishes and selection as a spot in Westminster, CA.
Our fam Delicious Venom from Minnesota was in the house, and they taught us a few things to say in Hmong that will get a crowd pumped… the one i can remember is “JA TE” Which means “Hands Up!” hahah.. not sure if thats how u spell it but thats how i was saying it.
They ordered some crispy wontons with cream cheese inside and a sweet n sour sauce. daym delicious.

***3 Fingers up - MUST EAT.. crave for it.. amazing food. If you dont try it your missing out on life…
**2 Fingers up – Great Taste, if you get a chance… try it… i recommend it.
* 1 Finger up – Kinda wish i didnt eat there or order what i ordered … but i ate it and now im full.
- Middle Finger up – i threw it away while eating it… if i had a brick i’d throw it through the window.. and if i had lighter fluid and a lighter.. i’d burn that mutha down…

We recommend: Rice Virman-celli noodles, pho
Service: we got our food right away.. servers were cool
Rating: – ***3.0 FINGERS UP.
Finding great vietnamese food outside of the OC was a nice surprise, so it gets the 3 fingers up all day.

Amazed to see the love out here and the huge Asian American Community. We were all looking forward to the 2 shows the next day and its time to get our performance set together.
