FM ADVENTURE: MAGIC MOUNTAIN GRAD NITE
When’s the last time we went to an amusement park?
I think its gotta be at least 9 years… waaay long overdue. 100.9 The Heat and Six Flags Magic Mountain invited us to perform at their High School Grad Night event, where they shut the park down for graduating seniors for schools around so cal and have 1 big party in the park… a show at Six Flags Magic Mountain? you know we’re down.
Right when we were driving up i started feeling excited like a kid again seeing all them rides. This time was waaay cooler than all the times when i was a kid, cuz i got to see the amusement park from ‘behind the scenes’ haha. It was a little weird seeing a magical place like Magic Mountain like how the workers see it, i saw Elmer Fudd and Bugs Bunny without their mask rehearsing a dance! now that aint right haha
Walked in to the park and noticed the park was EMPTY.
FM with the whole amusement park to ourselves?? TIME FOR SOME ACTION..

Our stomachs aren’t the strongest, and this ride whips you around like some shoe laces… i couldn’t film the ride but heres a clip i found of how this ride feels…
Got a little dizzy just watching that.
Walked like dizzy drunks over to the stage for soundcheck… at 12am we’ll be performing with Colby O Donis and Young Life from Black Wallstreet… going to be a fun show
Big shouts to our 100.9 The Heat family and Leilani for putting this together.. and for blasting “Girls On The Dance Floor” all over the radio in the Palmdale/ Lancaster area!

Now, normally i wouldn’t recommend eating after a rollercoaster like that, but Six Flags had this crazy BBQ Bash in the back with bbq chicken, potato salad, bbq brisket, bbq sauce, potato chips, hot dogs and beans.. how could we pass that up… and its FREE so we had to dig in.
Oh no…. That was a huge mistake.

People with no common sense like the Far East Movement.. please learn from us and never eat a huge meal after riding Batman The Ride. Felt like a millionaire after that came out, and it was almost time for us to rock the show… and our first time ever performing at an amusement park!

3 Fingers up on Batman The Ride, threw up a bbq feast, and got them girls on the dance floor… Magic happens at Magic Mountain.
