When we found out we had at show at the one and only MIT in Boston, we had no idea what to expect. You always hear that MIT is one of the harder schools in the country to get into so we were unsure how hype the show was gonna be.

Our next location was a few hour drive from LA at a spot called the Salton Sea. From what we hear it was supposed to be a resort town on the rise around a large lake, but salt levels in the lake started rising and the animals in the lake were dying so the lake is now un-swimable and the town around it is almost deserted…

After the flooded show in New York due to wild Animals getting crazy last month during the Party Rock Tour, we scheduled a trip to come back to NY this weekend to do the make up shows for all the people that didn’t get to see the show…. meaning we came to work and party till the sun comes up and our agenda for the night was a crazy one: 2 make up Party Rock Tour shows back-to-back at the Fillmore,  a live broadcast of the FM Cherrybomb Party Mix on Cherrytreeradio.com for 1 hour, then perform at the after party at Quo with LMFAO and Lil Jon.

Before anything starts, we gotta have pizza… its new york. A block from where the show was held was a pizza spot called Mariella’s. It looked like 1 of the billion pizzarias in NY but when we stepped inside from the freezing cold we saw something that made this place stand out from the rest:

If Oprah says this spot has the “Best Pizza In America” then we’ll give it a 3 fingers up. It was pretty daym good.

FM STAGE DIVING ON THE DANCE FLOOR… NY is down like that.

After our set we only had a few more minutes till we had to broadcast the FM Cherrybomb Party Mix live from NY. We had just picked up a special Satellite Wireless net card that allows us broadcast the show live from anywhere in the globe so we put it to use for the first time. I hailed a taxi van outside the Fillmore and offered the driver $300 to take us all over New York City for 1 hour while we broadcast our show from the taxi. We set Brass Monkey and DJ Virman up in the back so they could mix while we hosted the show squished in the middle seat. This Cherrybomb broadcast on Cherrytreeradio was the most insane yet and you can catch the rebroadcast tomorrow (tuesday) at 1pm pst right before the launch of the next FM Satellites Episode.

We had the cab take us straight to the afterparty at QUO where we performed our single “Girls On The Dance Floor” on stage with LMFAO and Lil Jon and the club was live, too much partying so we didn’t get pix… what a night in NY, feeling fly like a g6.
