FM ADVENTURE: SOLD OUT ROXY.

Thanks to our fans, family, friends and god… our first ever headlining show at the famous Roxy Theater in Hollywood was SOLD OUT. The Roxy has held the likes of Gun’s n Roses, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Linkin Park, Run DMC and the list goes on and on… so as artists from LA it was sick to be able to rock here, and know that our home town has our back. THANK YOU.

This had to have been the most unforgettable night of our career (and hopefully just the begining).. starting out in dressing rooms… where our new space ship is fueling for the FM SPACE TOUR:

FM ANIMAL: I’M AN ANIMAL

Its been about 2 years since we dropped our first album “Folk Music” back in 2005-06. Over that span of time…we’ve toured the world, met some amazing people, made new family, had a few songs on major radio, tv and movies, worked with some amazing artists, became International Secret Agents, and the biggest accomplishment of all… FINALLY FINISHED OUR 2ND ALBUM: ANIMAL.

FM STREET TEAM: NOR CAL FM STREET TEAM COME TOGETHER!

FM Street Teams from the Bay Area and SacTown joined forces to discuss and plan 2 major projects: promotion of GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR and education about ISA, FM and 4C the Power in NorCal.

This dedicated group met for over 5 hours and came away with “plan of attack” in geographical areas of the Bay Area and SacTown to promote GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR and educate about ISA, 4C and FM!

FM ADVENTURE: FM X BRUNO MARS

It was late night and i was randomly looking at myspace pages and on the Stereotypes top friends was a dude named BRUNO MARS.

I clicked his page and when the first song popped up on myspace i was pretty shocked. Then i started listening to his other songs and they were all insane so i had to start telling everyone i knew to check out his stuff cuz its rare to stumble across a random myspace and find someone with one of the craziest voices i’ve heard in a minute. Everyone that checked out his music had the same reaction as me. I called up the Stereotypes and said “DUDE.. WE NEED TO LINK WITH THIS DUDE… DUDE”.

Later i find out Bruno was signed to a major label and has done some huge songs, from Sean Kingston to Menudo and now the FAR EAST MOVEMENT…

what up fam!

i know i’m a little late & the show broadcasted last Wednesday night (11/26) but i haven’t had much time for free time since then! I’m actually listening to the re-broadcast right now, which is getting me to do this little write up.

To keep it short & simple, the place was just full of genuine good times! Pumpkin pie, pizza, juice, good music, good people, & Far East Movement rockin’ the mics with DJ Virman killin ‘em on the tables… what more do you need for a pre-thanksgiving radio show, right?! lol. Even though i did suffer the consequences of one too many rounds & missed our 6:15am flight to the Bay the next morning, i had to come thru for FM! Animal has arrived!!!

Thanks again guys for blessing us at the show! Can’t wait for the next!
